Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty except for return costs.

 

How do I return one or more ordered items? 

 

Before any return, we invite you to make the request to CRÈME. by message using the contact page or by sending us an email at creme.bijoux@gmail.com.

Once accepted, you can return, at your expense and with tracking, your well protected items in their original packaging to the address that will be communicated to you.

As a reminder, you have 14 days to notify CRÈME. of your return and return your items. If this deadline is exceeded, CRÈME. reserves the right to apply penalties of 10% on the total amount of the return.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company CRÈME. will refund the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as the one used when ordering.

 

• Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories...). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. 

• Despite the care taken in preparing your orders, it is possible that an item arrives damaged or that it is defective. For this you have 48 hours to notify CRÈME. by email after receipt of the article and request a credit or refund. After this period CRÈME. cannot be held responsible for the defective item and make a refund. 

• In the case of a dispute with our carrier La Poste (package not received), CRÈME. reserves the right to refund the order within a minimum of one month from the original estimated delivery date, after investigation with our carrier.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
  The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
