In case of delay in shipping, an email will be sent to you (within 5 working days) to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.
In case of late delivery by the carrier (La Poste), you will not be able to ask CRÈME for compensation.
In case of anomaly at the reception (damaged package, open, package not received, empty package, etc.), you will have to file a complaint with the carrier (in this case the service provider La poste, by phone at 3631) and inform CRÈME within 2 working days.
These routing problems are to be resolved in priority with the carrier, CRÈME cannot be held responsible.
Delivery Choice:
Letter with tracking (sending an email when shipping): Deposit in mailbox.
Colissimo with tracking (sending an email when shipping): When a bag or jewelry box is part of the order.
